Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

GHA REGISTRATION

Refunds up to 50%, will be considered prior to November 15th. Requests after November 15th will not be considered, excluding injuries. Written notice of withdrawal must be received by the GHA President to receive a refund. A form will be available by request. The postmark date or electronic email date to the GHA president will serve as our recorded date of receipt.
