2025–2026 Registration Information

📅 Registration Timeline

Opens: June 1, 2025

Closes: August 31, 2025

Late Registrations: $100 late fee applies after August 31, 2025.

💸 Early Bird Discount

$100 off registration from June 1 – June 30.

Does not apply to 6U/8U players.

🧾 Payment Plan Info

Register early to benefit from extended payment options:

*June Registration: 4-month payment plan.

*July Registration: 3-month payment plan.

*August Registration: 2-month payment plan.

*All balances due by October 1, 2025.

*No offline payments allowed.

*$25 late fee if payment is not made within 7 days of due date.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Sibling Discount

*$50 off the second, third, and fourth child upon registration.

*Available through August 31.

*Email registrar@gillettehockeyassociation.com for the discount code.

🆕 New Player Discount

*50% off for new 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and Girls players

*Not available to returning GHA players

*Email registrar@gillettehockeyassociation.com to get your discount code.

🔁 Cross-Roster Policy

*Players cross-rostered to a second team pay 50% of the second team’s fee.

🎟️ GHA Raffle Ticket Policy (For Players 10U and Older)

*Ticket Requirement: Each player must sell 25 raffle tickets per season, with a total value of $500.00.

*Deposit Check: A $500.00 check is required upon receiving the tickets. It will be held (not cashed) unless obligations are not met.

*Ticket Distribution Deadline: Tickets must be picked up by October 15, 2025.

*Return Deadline: Sold tickets and $500.00 must be returned by January 15, 2026.

*Consequences for Non-Compliance:

*If the tickets are not returned by January 15, 2026, the $500.00 check will be cashed.

*If tickets are not picked up by October 15, 2025, the player will be not in good standing and prohibited from participating in GHA activities until a $500.00 payment is made.

🏥 USA Hockey Registration

Each player must be registered with USA Hockey before registering with GHA.

USA Hockey Fees:

2019 & Younger: $17

2017–2018: $56

2013–2016: $69

2007–2012: $79

2006 & Older: $52

An additional WAHL of $10–$20 affiliate fee to will also be added.

👕 Jerseys

*Jerseys required for (10U and Up).

*New members receive 50% off the cost of GHA jerseys.

*Average cost: $200 (before discount).

*Jerseys must be purchased through GHA.

*Additional or replacement jerseys are at the player’s expense.

💡 Financial Hardship Assistance

*Partial scholarships available for families in need.

*Application Deadline: July 31, 2025.

*Apply via the “Resources / For Parents” section on the GHA website.

*Must commit to 20 volunteer hours if approved.

🔄 Refund Policy

*Up to 50% refunds considered before November 15.

*No refunds after November 15, except in case of injury.

*Written notice must be submitted to the GHA President.

*A form is available upon request.

*Volunteering is essential to GHA's success.

*Team Managers will offer opportunities and may assign roles if needed.
