Information below is for new families interested in learning about hockey and registration.
📆 Season Timeline
6U/8U - Season runs November–March with
-2 practices per week
-Optional tournaments throughout the winter
10U / 12U / 14U / 18U / Girls - Season runs October–March
-10 home games & 10 away games
-State tournament at end of season
Practice Schedule: 10U / 12U / 14U / Girls: 3 practices per week
18U: 4 practices per week

✅ Step 1: USA Hockey Registration
(Required before GHA registration)

USA Hockey Membership Fees
• 2020 & Younger: $17
• 2018–2019: $58
• 2014–2017: $$71
• 2008–2013: $81
• 2007 & Older: $54
• Additional WAHL affiliate fee of $21 applies

🆕 New Player Discount
New 6U/8U/10U/12U/Girls players receive 50% off registration and jersey fees
Does not apply to returning GHA players
👨👩👧👦 Sibling Discount
$50 off the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th child
🔁 Cross-Roster Discount
Cross-rostered players pay 50% of the second team fee

🎟️ Raffle Ticket Policy
6U/8U Players
Sell 1 raffle tickets ($200 total value)
10U and Older
Sell 25 raffle tickets ($500 total value)
All Players
Deposit check required when tickets are picked up
Checks are only cashed if raffle obligations are not completed
Ticket Pickup Deadline: October 15, 2026
Ticket Return Deadline: January 14, 2027
👕 Uniform Information
10U and Up
Dark and light jerseys required
Average jersey cost: $200
New players receive 50% off jersey cost
Game socks provided by GHA
